NOBLE DESKTOP course catalog '14 USED web digital design publishing video adobe

$ 0.52

Availability: 68 in stock
  • Condition: The materials may have some noticeable weathering/fading, scuff marks, dents, scratches, dings, spots, folds, creasing, small edge tears/rips, and discoloration here and there. But there are no obvious signs of catastrophic damage such as disintegration, dismemberment, large tears/rips, marking/scribbling, stains and missing pages. Certainly there is not anything critical, in my view, that will prevent you from following along with the visual and text material. Overall, I believe the item is still in good condition given its age.

    Present condition:
    The item (set) was obtained new back in the day. I am the sole, primary owner and it was not passed around to or handled by other people. After the initial examination/read-through, it was largely kept stored in a draw and was looked over once in a while. But eventually it wound up in very deep closet box storage where it quietly remained until it was recently rediscovered.
    Notable areas of damage/degradation to note – The "Digital publishing: ebooks, emagazines & apps" seminar sheet, right after it was obtained at the event, had been folded vertically in half to fit in a bag. As a result, a very clear fold mark going horizontally still remains even thought I had it stored for years unfolded, flat.
    The materials may have some noticeable weathering/fading, scuff marks, dents, scratches, dings, spots, folds, creasing, small edge tears/rips, and discoloration here and there.
    ["FREE Shipping!" (may not be applicable to this listing) T&C begin]
    Free shipping for any order that can ship in one first class mail envelope (can contain items from multiple listings).
    Cost: Free (with restrictions below)
    Mailing/shipping method: First class mail ONLY. In any scenaro where a shipping method other than first class mail is required, buyer will be required to pay for shipping.
    Packaging: Item(s) will be mailed in a plain envelope ("small" or "large" depending on contents). There will be no wrapping, padding/stuffing or box protection for contents. This will be a minimal affair where contents are simply placed in an envelope and mailed out. If buyer seeks more secure packaging for contents, we can discuss USPS Priority Mail padded envelope/box shipping options that buyer will be required to pay for.
    Scenario where multiple listings won by buyer are treated as single order by eBay: In the event buyer seeks to bid on multiple listings there could be a complication where it will not be clear whether or not this "free shipping" offer applies to all listing items or not. This will be further complicated if any listings without the "free shipping" offer are also involved. Ideally buyer and seller will be able to discuss options while auction is active and before any bids are placed. If that discussion does not take place and buyer ends up winning multiple listings (with or without "free shipping" offers), it will still help greatly if buyer does not purchase right away and instead allows discussion of options. Even if things go as far as buyer having already submitting payment, I will still likely initiate contact to work things out according to my terms here. However, in an unlikely but not impossible worst-case-scenario due to personal circumstances at the time, I may decide not to go through with sale in the end and request that the purchase be canceled (with payment, of course, refunded).
    ["FREE Shipping!" T&C end]
    [Handling time (HT) begin]
    My official HT is indicated in listing details. I absolutely cannot commit to same day or next day shipments. I conduct business for this shop only on my free private time (I still have a day job). I try my best to handle some tasks on weeknights, but most of work is done on weekends. So I reserve the right to take up to my maximum stated HT before shipping order. In practical terms, however, most of the time I manage to ship order somewhat quicker; it just depends on the circumstances at the time, item to be shipped, whether or not I can enlist family to help, etc.

    [About packaging begin]
    Unless a USPS Priority Mail flat rate shipping option is used, I do my best to use recycled materials for packaging. Among the materials reused for this purpose are: printed letter size paper, packing bubble/peanuts/paper, and cardboard. With these materials, areas I deem to be too dirty, degraded, and damaged are not utilized.

    [About shipping begin]
    I will ship order from its current location in Gardena, CA (90247). The default shipping option offered (for purchase of just this listing item) is USPS Priority Mail box (most protection). The item fills up a good amount of the box and the weight is quite up there, making flat rate the most cost-effective. The shipping option offered for multiple listing item purchase is USPS Priority Mail flat rate medium box (most protection).
    Depending on the contents/configuration of order, the below option(s) could also be offered:
    *USPS Priority Mail box (fee depends on weight & zip code)

    Likely only worthwhile for buyers located very close to item location (i.e. Southern CA)
    *USPS Priority Mail flat rate padded envelope
    *USPS Priority Mail flat rate envelope
    *USPS First Class Mail in padded yellow envelope
    *USPS First Class Mail in plain yellow envelope (least protection)
    For orders consisting of multiple listing items, the above option(s) may especially be of interest. The same may be the case for buyers who are interested in saving a bit on sending fee and/or they want to save on sending fee even at the expense of protection to contents provided by packaging. If you are interested in any of the above optional shipping/mailing methods, please contact me via messaging prior to placing any order. Please do not contact me via external e-mail only since I may not catch your message as quickly. If the final shipping/mailing cost is lower than prepaid default cost, the difference will be refunded. However if the difference is less than , I will not bother and will accept amount as a "gratuity." I will not add any other fees or handling charges. I do not offer any shipping discounts.

    [Item pickup T&C begin]
    The item's location is in Torrance, CA (90501). Payment for this "pickup only" item will be cash at time of item pickup only. This is basically due to the eBay system not being able to verify that the buyer was able to receive the item after payment was made to seller when an electronic payment method is used. After auction closing, seller will initiate contact with buyer via eBay messaging. Seller and buyer will communicate via eBay messaging to schedule a date/time for buyer to come pick up item. The item exchange meeting can take place between 10:00am and 6:00pm on a Saturday or Sunday (no weekdays). Our usual meeting place for this sort of thing is the Torrance civic center parking lot (facing Torrance Blvd). On weekends the lot should be a good place for us to get our business done undisturbed. However, in the event some unforeseen trouble arises, there is always traffic going by on Torrance Blvd, surveillance cameras will likely be operating at the nearby civic center buildings, and the police station is not too far away. Buyer will be responsible for carrying item from seller vehicle to their vehicle.
    Ideally, seller and buyer would be able to get the pickup scheduled for the first weekend day after auction closing. However, we understand that sometimes things are not so straightforward. So we will do our best to make available up to the first four weekends after auction closing for scheduling pickup. If, however, we are unable to schedule the meeting on any of those designated days, we will have to conclude that this deal can not be completed. The same conclusion will be reached if buyer does not respond to our initial contact via eBay messaging after 14 calendar days. Once this outcome is reached, our final action will be to put in the transaction cancellation request to eBay.

    {Important Notice – Seller's Terms & Conditions ("Terms")}
    Please judge the value and condition as best you can from listing description and photos. I cannot guarantee or comment on any claims made by manufacturers on packaging/documentation and the results you get using items. This is simply a close-out fire sale. I would say given the nominal cost this will be a reasonable risk for you to take. All items sold in "as is" condition and all sales FINAL (No returns/exchanges). Please do not ask me any questions on the specifics of items because I do not think I am knowledgeable enough. Please conduct your own research (i.e. Googling) for more detailed product descriptions (i.e. measurements, color), reviews, user comments, etc. Any translated info is a "best attempt" on my part and should not be considered official or totally accurate and, therefore, is for reference purposes only. Please place a bid only after you have agreed to Terms and are absolutely sure you want item. By bidding on item, buyer will be considered to have read, understood and accepted Terms. I will not accept any request for bid/transaction cancellation due to buyer's negligence for bidding without first reading and understanding Terms. Prices and Terms not negotiable. Please do not ask me to ship only select parts of multiple-part sets; you must accept each and every part that constitutes this listing. ONLY PAYPAL PAYMENTS ACCEPTED FOR SHIPPING ITEMS.
    {Additional key points}
    *Keep all communications within eBay messaging system.
    *For pickup only listings, only accept cash at time of item pickup.
    *For pickup only listings, conclude transaction at public location.
    *Please proceed down further to view this listing only after you have read, understood and accept all of the above Important Notices/Reminders/Terms & Conditions.

    [Reminder begin]
    {Reminder – Your rights as a buyer}
    Buyers can:
    *Choose not to bid if they find fault with a particular seller's listings. No one can force you to click that "Place bid" button!
    *Contact seller to confirm product info/listing description/seller terms prior to bidding.
    *Report a listing if they feel it is in violation of eBay policy.
    *By bidding, I consider that buyer has accepted the seller's terms, so generally requests for transaction cancellation are not accepted (see below "Seller's Terms & Conditions"). However, I can still do so if the buyer feels very strongly that they no longer want item. I rather terminate the transaction at this stage than let it develop into a dispute later.
    Buyers should take advantage of any/all of these consumer priviledges as necessary. By exercising caution and utilizing above buyer tools/safeguards while shopping on eBay, both parties can avoid the strain/burden of a buyer/seller dispute.
