Guyatone Guyatone PS-022 3BAND PARA.EQ Paraico.
It was made in the early 1980s and is now a rare vintage effector.
The round knob on the left selects 3 frequencies, and the slider on the right boosts and cuts them (+ -12 dB).
High frequency 200 ~ 20 kHz
Middle 50 ~ 5 kHz
Low frequency 20 ~ 2 kHz
Knobs and sliders of the same color correspond.
