The LVM92-EHP is a complete system for electric proportional front loader control.
The monoblock front loader valve is suitable for closed and open systems (with pressure continuation). It has two double-acting functions, one with adjustable secondary pressure relief valves and one connectible float position. Each section has a separate overcentre valve.
Electric proportional control is achieved using the joystick with integrated electronics that is included in the set. This can be operated with 12V or 24V, and enables sensitive front loader control.
The set includes:
- Monoblock front loader valve
- Joystick with integrated electronics
- Cable and plug set
Max. operating pressure: 250 bar (set to 185 bar)
Max. authorised pressure in tank line: 10 bar
Max. volume flow: 95 l/min
Max. leakage: 3 cm³/min at 100 bar and viscosity of 46 cSt
Contamination level: 18/15 according to ISO 4406
Temperature range of oil: -20°C to +90°C
Viscosity range of oil: 10 - 400 cST (mm²/s)
Suitable for mineral oil-based hydraulic oil
