    Description

    The FT Synthetics Platinum HT Self Adhering Underlayment has a superior slip resistant Gripspot technology, allowing a roofer to gain extra traction while installing the material over top of the underlayment. Gripspot technology has raised fibrous spots for traction and smooth channels for shedding water, which provides outstanding slip resistance. This underlayment is manufactured of a polyolefin and modified rubberized asphalt backing with a low temperature deck adhesion (down to 40 degrees Fahrenheit) and high temperature air flow stability (up to 240 degrees Fahrenheit). Backed by its limited lifetime warranty, the FT Synthetics high temperature underlayment has a split release silicone liner and a synthetic construction to inhibit mold growth.
