Bunn Model S 12 Cup Pour Over Coffee Brewer w/1 Pot & 3 Warmers

This was well cared for, very clean (parts that appear dirty are wear, seen in the pictures) and is in very nice condition for its age.
This style Bunn coffee maker is a "pour-over". Water in the amount of coffee to be brewed is poured in the screened part on top of the unit. You need to have another container for this purpose as the brewing starts as soon as you begin pouring the water in. You will not be able to get all the water in before you would have to return the carafe to the burner.
I thoroughly cleaned it. It may have minor scuffs and scratches that always happen in heavy use or a restaurant-type environment.
There is a plastic brew funnel, one "Law Coffee" branded carafe, 250 Bunn filters to get you started (not pictured), and a copy of the pertinent pages from the 44-page Operation and Service Manual in a 3-hole clear front report cover included with this unit. As you can see on the cover, this manual covers many models. The pages not included deal specifically with the other models and don't apply to this one. It has a note on the front that it is a "Discontinued Version. The information in this manual is no longer current". It IS still current for this model as it was built before this went out of date.
If you have never performed an initial set-up of a Bunn coffee maker, you need to read the manual BEFORE YOU PLUG IT IN! Page 5 is especially important. Another "particular" about this specific unit: the thermostat you are to turn to the off position on page 5 is so tight to turn, I didn't want to force it. There is no need to turn it off anyway. Leave it unplugged until step 5 where it says to "turn the thermostat knob to the on position", then just plug it in and finish out the instructions following the steps for Model S and the ones pertaining to "all" models. So, there is no need to take the cover off.
