If you receive the package in poor condition due to the shipping company, please provide photos of the packaging as received as well. Please note that after 30 days, we can no longer accept returns, and unfortunately cannot make exceptions. If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us as soon as possible within 24 hrs after receipt, and we will provide you a refund or exchange.
